Dollar sense

I took this picture at a hotel lobby computer in January 2007. At one third of a cent per minute, 20 cents per hour, 1 dollar for 5 hours, one swipe should give me 45 x 5 or 225 hours computer time! Somehow I don't think that's what they meant!!
